I would agree with Bill's comments about both being reproductions.

Would anyonw happen to know the source of the first example with orange outlined swastika? That orange outline is a new twist...

Fronti, there are some past threads about this particular eagle, although I'm unable to locate one right at the moment but I'll keep looking. The orange is embroidered on more of grayish material opposed to blue/green of the OrPo so they are thought to be FeldGendarmeri related. These were found in bundles and commonly accepted as orginal. They are well made, I actually own one and like it, but there are those with varying opinions.

At my picture, the eagles background looks a little bit greyish, but in in kind it is a good police-green.

It is the upper one...
