it ia a German ADAC sports badge: "ADAC Sportabzeichen", awarded in Bronze, Silber, Gold and "Gold mit Brillanten".

ADAC = Allgemeiner Deutscher Automobil-Club e.V.

General German Automobile Association

I think this is a current badge for the ADC.

This badge existed pre war, I dont know if this came back in existance post war
