Police\SS Research Available from NARAII

Hello,

I returned from NARA II a couple of weeks ago. One the files I was interested in was the decrypts of SS/Polizei traffic that Bletchley Park did. This file was used in Prof. Breitmans Book and the paper "Eavesdropping on Hell." Anyways, I scanned about 85% or so of it. It's available at:

It is in 2 parts. I also came across a couple other messages (See encyrtion part of web) that have a 1 page summary of activity.

These are in English an interesting. There are some inaccuracies about PB Commanders due to the fact the English were only breaking a small percentage of messages and were not able to keep up with change of commands etc.

This is a wealth of information for the Polizei enthusiasts.

By the way, your book "Police Battilions of the TR" is an excellent book.
It has been a real pleasure to read about the histories, locations and assignments of the men, of the German Police Units who originally owned the items in my Polizei collection.
