"Stabswache" was an early term for Hitler's lifeguard in 1923, later it was called"Stoßtrupp Hitler" and later again SS was founded in 1925.

But I have no idea what "RAF" means, may be "Reichsarbeitsfront" but this makes no sense for me.

I've also no idea if these items are original or not.

That would normally mean "Sturm 7 der Standarte 82". (SA-Code)

Unluckily I have no "Standartenverzeichnis" and dont know if 82 in this early time or later has exist.

WHY are you so sure that this is original?

I'm sure they're original as well. This Standarte 82 was headquartered in Göttingen in SA Group Niedersachsen and was under Brigade 57.

"Stabswache" has been in Munich with Hitler. May be the collar tab is from another person?

Weitze has single collar tabs that are looking as made like this one: Item # 105601 and # 105927.

Every SA group had a Stabswache--they were not located only in München. Each group's Stabswache wore a sleeveband in the collar tab color of the Group.

It's listed in the pre 1935 SA insignia pamphlets and posters, as well as the SA VBs (Verordnungsblätter) of the same time frame.
There is also a brief mention on pages 423 and 424 of Wim Saris' 'Headgear of Hitler's Germany', volume 3.

I'm not Sa expert, but two notices:
                        1) it seems to me the collar tab is not for the same person as cuff title. Stabswachen personnel had to worn on collar patch only Standarte-Nummer and no Sturmnummer.
                        2) Maybe the Namenszug is not "RAF" but "RLF"

                          RLF, Reichsluftsportführer ???
I had not thought that the identification would be so difficult
                          regards Chris
