Shoulder board numbers were introduced for regiments, not for battalions. Thus Polizei-Schützen-Regiment 33.

#891, any chance on a close-up of the collar tabs on the 2nd from the right? What an interesting mix of uniforms, insignia, and I know what that sign is in the background! In

#892, it appears to be another case of WSP wearing the large embroidered insignia on the cap.

#890, anything on the back? Just curious, I ended up with a similar group with a date of 1944 on the larger PC example.

Thanks, just curious, the larger PC photo I have is dated to August 1944.
