Hello, I received a pair of what I beilive to be police straight leg trousers that were sold as Army. They display mothing in the crotch area and are in medium for fair condition. What is the ball park value on these? I need to see if it is worth it to return them today. They are named and have size stamps like the Army clothing.

Cuffs are reinforced inside. What are they? Thanks again. Condition is more like 7 with picks and pulls? Value before I decide to return them would be great. Big size

That's is all I needed to know. I suspected that but do not know anything about Police other than that it is generally a bad idea to flirt with their girlfriends.
