9 shoulderboards, ww2 period Reichsbahn ?

I just got an assortment of 9 shoulderboards. I wanted to know if they are of ww2 origin or later ? I wondered about these strange rank stars on one of the boards.
If original ww2 what are they worth ?

rank stars (Rosetten) are from the period 1941-45
