What is the pocket cord and the armpatch?

Not sure about what the patch is, but it looks to be a from the Munich Bavaria district. Thats the "Münchener Kindl" at the base.

Prior to 1957, the coat of arms on the left was the official seal of Munich. The right one is the present form. It looks like the patch just has the Eagle positioned at the top.

You have a very interesting foto there. I think the lady in question is a streetcar conductor from Munich who is also a member of the RADw and BDM (former member). The cord is likely to designate rank or grade but I have no reference that indicates what grade.

There was a thread a month or two ago regarding a similar foto of a lady with the Nurnberg variety of this insignia.
