It appears this is the Soldbuch for Johann Cekulic (sic), a Hauptwachtmeister d. Schupo d. Reichs from Litzmannstadt. He received the Medal of Rembrance 1.10.38 and later the Wound Badge in Black. He had been attached to the R.-Staffel z.b. V. in Tabor after he was wounded. Looks like he spent most of the rest of the war in hospitals. The book has post war markings too.
