Interesting shoulder boards. Police Regiment 15 was stationed in Italy after 1943. The boards look well used and this configuration is possible but the metal numbers and pips could have been attached at any time of course. Here is what I do notice. The boards are not an exact pair as the edge V should run in opposite directions...but this was not always the case in real life. The tresse on the end of the boards would ordinarily indicate time in grade but in this case seems to be used to close the ends of the boards to make it a late Revier-Oberwachtmeister rank...unorthodox but possible. The tresse itself is rather odd.
Let's see what others have to say.

when i search on google i find some stuff about "SS-Polizei Regiment 15"
Whats the difference between SS-polizei and polizei ?
A qoute about SS-Polizei Regiment 15:
SS-Polizei Regiment 15 was formed July 1942 and was destoryed in Stalingrad.
A new SS-Polizei Regiment 15 was rained Mar 1943 and sent to Norway. It was sent to Italy in the autumn 1943 and a panzer company made up of captured Italian equipment was added Aug 1944.I'm collecting anything related to the towns Castricum and Bakkum during WWII.

Hello,
Your reference would be for the same regiment. The civil police had no "regiments" nor unit numbers, so these boards would have been worn by one of the police formations assigned to combat duty under the Waffen SS.
This rank of boards sell for around $45. As SCHUPO says, it is impossible to tell when the numbers were added to the boards. I would imagine that with provenance they might be worth significantly more as combat rather than civil insignia.

I would echo other's comments about the unusual use of tress to close the board and increase the rank. It was so unnecessary. I also wonder about the sizing of the cyphers relative the boards. They look like they were squeezed on rather than bought to fit. Cyphers were in different sizes. I have only one or two photos of them in use on members of regiments. I would caution against paying a premium for this set if the price is inflated for the numbers.
