    Prisoner pants???

    Hello,
I got these pants out of a cloth recycling pile in the former Sudetenland. They appear to be some kind of pants for a prisoner, though I don't know if they're the same kind as worn at concentration camps. I suppose they might also be for a hospital patient.
They are absolutely mint. The buttons are original to the pants and they are made of pressed paper. There is a stamp in the waistband. I can't make the top and bottom lines out, but the middle is some kind of code like an RB number. The top line appears to be letters and the bottom line is large numbers, perhaps a date.
I wasn't sure where to post these, but this forum was the closest I could find. I appreciate any help you can provide.
    Thank you,
    Dale
