Hi, I just picked this up today fm the relative of a vet here locally. It appears to be a Police soccer jersey...what is the other gold insignia on it?

Dave, no this was it. As I mentioned in PM, I think this shirt was for a soccer team. I have a pic somewhere...

Here it is...very similar. This man was a pre war German soccer star who played on a team in the Luftwaffe during the war

Andrew, actually I'm able to answer that for you, the police insignia is the typical bevo type.

OK, was just checking. I had run across Bill's older post about the unusual embroidered logo he had and wondered if this logo might have been a different type of sport uniform, such as the soccer one.
