What is this SWASTIKA EMBROIDERED STRAP?, Musical Instrument ??

Hi

I have this nicely embroidered 4 foot x 1 1/2" adjustable strap with leather tab one end, and metal clip other. It's background is Political blue (SA?), and has nice embroidered swastikas and oak leaves. Been wondering what it's for then thought maybe for a musical instrument??? Has a black sewn on back.

What do you people think?, what is it?
If anyone needs it, contact me as I don't have a use for it except it looks great. (I'm in US, Boston)

Noone has an idea of what it is??
One idea was for an accordian which sounds good.
I still think instrument strap unless flag holder, etc.
Anyone else have an instrument with same type fittings?
Same type attachments?

Should I move this to another section for better replay, what section?

Unknown Strap

I'm going to post a reply, just so that you don't feel your being ignored !!!!

Unfortunately I have no idea what it is, although I will agree that my first inclination is that it is also some type of musical strap. But I'm not so sure about an accordin. Most straps I have seen are more harness types.

Honestly, my first thought was a guitar or similar type instrument. It's long enough.

The leather end would have been a quick release over a "knob", while the metal loop on the other end would have allowed for a hard point attachment. Which would mean one end would have bore more weight than the leather end. The gold metal strapping would have allowed for height adjustment.

Of course, I might be completely off my rocker on this.......

Either way, it's an interesting piece !!
