I have no clue about WWII Gear and therefor need your help I don't even know what rank this is.

In addition to the collar tabs appearing to be hastily and sloppily applied, they are post war copies, and arent of the same era as the armband. Looks like a good coat otherwise. Too bad about the tabs...

Yes, the collar Tabs were the first Thing that caught my eyes too and I couldn't imagine they are period,because of the sloppy construction.
What is a Coat like that worth to sell for?
