In my opinion, this is a rather common copy of a Gestapo warrant disc, with many incorrect features, the most noticeable being the letters and numbers under the eagle on the front side, and the incorrect type numbers being stamped into a raised platform (also incorrect) on the back side. The chain probably has more value than the disc.

I bought one of these from Delta International in the mid 70s as a keychain. Definitely bad.
The chain is actually a pocket watch chain--one end clips to the watch and the other to the fob, small cigar clipper, small penknife, etc. I've seen lots of them on watches, but also on discs.
