Badge Identification??

I wasn't sure which forum to post these pics in for I don't really know what this badge is for or what it designates. I'd appreciate any info on this anyone can give me on the badge and or the manufacturer. Thanks,

That's the cap badge for an official of the DAF (Deutsche Arbeitsfront).

Thanks for the info Peter. It is very much appreciated. Does anyone happen to know anything about the manufacturing mark or the number?
According to the label that the dealer put in with this badge - he says the RZM on the back has something to do with the SS??? or panzer worker?? I have no clue if this is true or way off the mark.
