Is this a Police ID disk?

Hello, I am clearing out a bunch of stuff that is out of my field, I came across this and and was wondering if it is original or not? And what exactly is it? It it is real, what are they going for as I would like to sell or use it for trade?

It is a common reproduction of the Gestapo warrant disc. The RZM marking was not found on orginals.

Don Bible wrote a publication on discs and he has/had a website but I'm not findind it at the moment. It has been posted in the past and there are some good threads on the subject that can be found with a search.

I have a disc similar to the one pictured. Bought it back in the mid-seventies when I was a teen. Think it came from a dealer in Alexandria, Va. I bought it as original. Don't believe it cost me too much, I found that link:

When first produced, these repros at least kept up the semblance of originality. They had a light wash of nickel color to replicate the color of Gestapo discs. Some advanced European collectors thought this style to be original up through the seventies and eighties.
