If diplomatic items fall into this Civil Organizations Section then maybe this item may be interesting to all of you. I stumbled upon it this weekend. I thought it was nice. If it does not belong here at all then please feel free to delete it. I wasnt sure exactly where such an item fell so I placed it originally in the Wehrmacht Uniforms Section.
