Certainly appears fire polizei related as long as the backing is carmine colored. Out of curiosity, what is the full name on that paper strap?

Interested in the Gendarmerie - Schutzpolizei - Gemeinden - Feuerschutzpolizei - Wasserschutzpolizei - Etc. Looking For Anything Polizei Related!
