Here is another example supporting Streckwaldt's opinion of a separate data base for each service.
How many errors could the efficient Germans have?

I would be glad to hear the reasoning behind a contrary view.

Gary, did Joachim explain to you his reasoning behind his opinion that there three different lists? ? Honestly I thought he was of the same opinion as those you describe as "concerned membership". I don't believe six errors in the several hundred I have listed is concerning. And my belief is rooted in some basic historical facts.First, all discs were minted in one place and created under one decree. Second, all personnel decisions were made and controlled by the Personnel Amt of first the SIPO and then the RSHA. The Amts in charge of the Kripo/ Gem Kripo and the Gestapo did not control their personnel records or needs. Requests for personnel were made to the central personnel department and required discs/Ausweis were issued. One department kept one list. If there were multiple lists, I am of the opinion that there would be many more duplications found over the past fifty years.
I would be glad to hear the reasoning behind a contrary view.
He is a member of the WAF, and I'm sure he would be happy to correct me if I was wrong about his opinion.

It belonged to one of staff members of Gestapo who were taken prisoners at Skaugum (Norwegian King family residence outside Oslo, taken by the German occupants).
Gestapo had at an office there along with SS and Terboven. Obergruppenführer Wilhelm Rediess shot himself there 8. May 1945. Terboven blew himself up with almost 100 kg with dynamite in a bunker placed in the garden. The disc was found among other things in those days.
