1 and 2 are fine I think.

Number 3 I believe is a fake. It is identical to 2 cap eagles I purchased earlier this year which turned out to be duds. It can be identified due to the poor detailing of the eagles head, which is almost non existant.

I attach images of those which I was caught out by (but thankfully was able to return).

I would agree with Jamie on the pol cap insignia in question, 1 & 2 look good but 3 looks like another of the repros.
