    Looks like a reproduction pattern to me, I think a straight-on photo would certainly be more revealing for identification. Also looks a little too new, appears to have an upswept wing, and the backing is concealing.
    Interested in the Gendarmerie - Schutzpolizei - Gemeinden - Feuerschutzpolizei - Wasserschutzpolizei - Etc. Looking For Anything Polizei Related!
