Ultra rare helmet m-35 Landespolizei

Hello,
This is helmet was digged out by my friend in Russia.
We have never seen the same decals before. On the right side swastika, on the left - color inclined shield. On this shield you can see outlines of eagle. Now I know that this is helmet of Landespolizei. Soldiers of landespolizei have m-18 helmets but this one is m-35.
P.s. My friend asked about price for the helmet.
