Railway Cap Cords

Can someone please tell me what era these Railway cap cords are from? Nothing glows in black light, and the inner parts of the slides are either metal or fiber board, not plastic.

Any help will be appreciated!

Hi: I believe these are Post-war due to the twist which from top to bottom ..left to right. When WWII period cord twist from right to left from top to bottom.
