Help with signature

Hello I recently came across a Mein Kampf with this signature inside and wondered if anyone out there can identify it.I realise that it may just be a previous owner marking his property but the way it’s written diagonally with a date looks more like a signature.Thanks in advance of any replies.

My guess is that it's a previous owner's signature. It's not unusual for book owners to sign inside their books.
