Help with Luftwaffen photo?

Attached is a photo of members of 7 Staffel, III Gruppe, Stuka Geschwader 1.....possibly 8 Staffel opposite and a tall Hauptmann standing to the left.
Being a Hauptmann I would presume he was the Gruppen Kommandeur....no idea of the date unfortunately.....
Can anyone identify him? Could it be Hptm. Peter Gaßmann RKT????
Or even identify anyone else? There are at least two Deutsches Kreuz in Gold holders and 1 Ritterkreuzträger in the photo that I know of.

Same day, same parade......different angle on the Hauptmann with General?
Again any ideas? Also who the Offizier on the left could be? I though it looked a little like Oberst Walter Hagen EL Geschwader Kommodre?!

If there's some sense of humour in it, it's not limited to him but to the entire nation.

Feindflug directly translates into "enemy flight".
