Yesterday was the 75th anniversary of the Battle of the Bulge. I wanted to show this yesterday but after visiting the Bulge for the last three days I came home late and the lights went out... So sorry for the delay, but let we remember!

Gefreiter Fabian Blank. MIA on 16 DEC 1944 at Heckhuscheid / Winterspelt and therefore part of the 62. Volks-Grenadier-Division. His remains where found 4 months later. Buried in Recogne.
Grenadier Mathias Kerber. KIA on 16 DEC 1944 at Schlausenbach and therefore part of the 18. Volks-Grenadier-Divsion (294. or 295. GR). Buried in Bleialf.
Obergefreiter Johann Ameres. KIA on 16 DEC 1944 at Grosslangenfeld and therefore part of the 62. Volks-Grenadier-Division (190. GR). Buried in Bleialf.
Jäger Josef Dürr. KIA on 16 DEC 1944 at Scheid and therefore part of the 3. Fallschirm-Jäger-Division. Buried in Ormont.
