Here are some pics showing one of the bravePanzerjäger of 562. VG Div. The first pic shows Oakleav holder Josef Jakwert visiting Königsberg. The guy with the back to the front is Gauleiter Koch, who was responsible of the disappearance of the Bernsteinzimmer. Jakwert is the guy in the black Panzer suit.
The second pic is showing members of 562. Volksgren. Div. in Königsberg. Both pics has been taken in Nov. 1944

Pic three and four

The next pics shows Jakwert with his crew minutes before the assault. As you can see some of his men are equipped with Stgw 43 or Stuw 44. The Panzerjäger is a Sturmgeschütz and the pics has been taken in the battlezone Brody/Poland May 1944. JAkwert got his KC on the 14th May 1944 and the Oaks on the 24th February 1945 as 752th soldier.
