Thank you Larry for a very interesting shot.
Not less than 6 Bedfords that appear to be in almost as new condition with full kit and even unbroken windscreens. Also looks like a Morris (CS8?) in the right side background. Most beute British shots I have seen show vehicles with either damage or most of the kit gone or replaced with German stuff. Nice!!!

                          Thanks Bill,

I wondered about the good condition of the vehicles. Maybe they had been sent to France just before the German invasion and were sitting in a depot somewhere.

Here's a rear shot showing that they were used for towing the 3.7cm PAK.

                          Cheers,

Here is one for you Bill as I know you like to see US built cars. This looks like a 36 Desoto but I can't pin the model.

                              Interesting photo, Mike
After a lot of looking, I think it is a badge engineered 1937 Dodge with a Desoto hood ornament and Desoto name on the front plate. Certainly, the name Desoto is there but the grille is of a Dodge.

This type of thing went on on many export markets where a Chevrolet was upgraded a bit and called a Pontiac or a Dodge was upgraded and called a Desoto. Desoto was also used to label Dodge trucks all over the world before and after WWII.

I am up to my you know what with the Christmas season crazies and will have to try and revisit this one in a few weeks.

                                Hello Bill,

Here's a new addition. Would I correct to say this is a 1939-40 Chevrolet WA.

The symbol on the right fender is for the 125 Inf. Division.

                                Cheers,
