    Heydrich stamp and Third Reich stamps

    Hi members I have issues with members who are trying to sell common stamps at a very high value, which cost only a few dollars. I understand that they can put what ever price they want but lets get reasonable this is a forum for collectors. Don't get me wrong there are very expensive and sought after legion and Third Reich postage stamps but the value will depend on rarity and condition. Please check the market such as eBay when trying to buy postage stamps here in the Estand. Just because you see a nice stamp relating to a Third Reich figure doesn't make it expensive just my two cents for what is worth.

    I have also posted my issues with the estand in the past. You make a good point, not to mention the fact that the stamp business has seen an unprecedented collapse of prices in the last twenty years.

      A small set of Norwegian stamps, which include the Frontfightr sold for 35 euros with gum disturbance where you can get it for no more then $4.00 in mint never hinge condition for the whole set. The Dutch Legion set of two single stamps you can get it for less then $10.00 in MNH condition. The souvenir sheets on the other hand cost about $80 MNH condition. The Czech (Bohemia and Moravia) stamps currently in E-Stand are expensive, you can get them cheap in eBay.


      Now the stamp market might be declining for the cheap stuff but for rare items is not. For example, the Heydrich sheet is very expensive and sought after by collectors. In Germany there is a strong market as well as, U.S., China and Russia but you got to know what your buying.
