Panzer Reg. Map + signature

Please find attached the photo of the Panzer Regiment 5 map with names of the towns/cities to which they refer. The map has two dates, one 1925, then 1934. In the legend there are referrals to Reichautobahn im Bau, also projektiert. I can see where it was taped to a wall. Are these maps rare?

Such pre-war domestic maps may have played a roll in military exercises like one I have, but are of minimal value in my estimation. The regimental stamp is more interesting than the map most likely.
