There are a couple of odd features about that signature, but on balance I think it's OK. However, a look at the whole document would be very interesting as Himmler did not usually sign anything 'In Vertretung'.

Indeed. Eric K. had a police commission signed that way... but if this is for the Association Of Girl Baker Trainee Foundlings that would be rather more peculiar.
