Help identifying high ranking officials

I have in my possesion a group of five original pictures taken in Berlin in 1942.
The contents suggest it is a meeting of sorts between high ranking officials of the algemeine SS and others. Who can help me with identifying the unknown and the purpose of this meeting.

Id High Rankers

Pic 1 The SS Standartenfuhrer Ernst Otto Fick,5th SS Artillery Regt
SS Div (Wiking) is in the middle.He also depending on the date if it is
early 1941 could have been still Cmdr of SS-School Sennheim.
At wars end was a SS Brigadefuhrer killed Berlin April 1945
