    CCC for SS hitlerjugend

just saw this at the e-stand. as far as I know from march 1945, commander of this unit was SS-Obersturmbannführer Erich Braun. it does not appears to be his signature. overall, the document seems odd.

Just now saw this topic. I can say what the paper looks old, the text made by text machine, not printed, UV-negative. So, I would like to hear any concrete statements, arguments on it. One opinion is what do not like the seal and signature. Second opinion is what this certificate is bad fake. Why do you think like that? Why this is bad fake, but not good fake? Maybe you can show a good example of fake? If you say this is fake, did you see somewhere more certificates like this? What exactly is bad, wrong? Maybe you can show me, in your opinion, original SS-Obersturmbannführer Erich Braun signature? I am sorry, but in this concrete case, to me arguments what it do not like and it is bad fake, not much says. I am sorry again, but guys I do not know you and your knowledge, so please say me exactly what is wrong, because I want to know. I think this discussion possible would be useful not only for me, because I think we are learning all time, so great to find out something new and useful. Thank you.

Here are some of the tings wrong with it.

A divisional level stamp yet awarded at a lower authority.
No indication the position of the signing officer
Old paper and fresh typing and signature.
          Wrong signature

I think that's more than enough

For all fakers : Gents, in the future, at least indicate the position of the signing officier : Div. Commander, Rgt's-Fhr, Bataillons-Kommandeur, Div.Adjutant, etc etc.... And for making it more funny, add an abbreviation the german officers were fond of, like "m.d.F.d.Div. beauftragt" or "i.V." or whatever.... Study more carefully the way german officers signed at this time, mostly just writing their name whitout surrounding it with fanciful designs and signs which were more than odd at that time. Learn some german or sign a partnership with fluent german speaking people, that would avoid writing "O.U.19.4.45". When you fool collectors, keep a part of your profit to purchase some good books, especially if you intend to specialize youself in well known divisions like "HJ", LAH, FJD's, GD and some others.

Last point : We all here make a clear difference between fakers/producers and sellers. Many sellers are just dealing occasionaly with documents, and as Magnus said before, some are truly interested to learn more... BUT, the point is discussing doubtful stuff BEFORE putting it in the E-stand. That's for sure always better, and by the way, reporting fakes is one of the major purpose of a quality website like WAF.

I must to agree with your arguments. Yes, in first needed to check signature. My mistake. I hopes you understand what if I realized it in early time, I never added it for sell! I just want to say what I have never deceived anybody, I don't need it! Very good what to this was reacted very fast. Thank you all very much for your help!
