Hard to say.... No evident red flags at first (and second) glance, but I would NEVER buy something like this coming alone. The danger of an upgraded normal GAB would be too high for me, and I would never feel comfortable with it.

Secondly, I carefully avoid to buy anything by this seller, for personal reasons, but everybody can react differently.

I have same feelings than you have, lionel.

concerning the stamp, it seems the eagle and the letters are "out of place" ... I have no other like this in my collection. perhaps this is a common feature but I never seen before.

it's part of a group. the single sturmabzeichen is present and is 1943 dated. enclosed comes this last.

The single GAB seems OK to me. Concerning yr remarks about the stamp, well, it would not be the first( time I would see such "shifted" stamp.... I am just having a look in the Book from Hinze about the 19.PD, but well, the major part concerns the Pz.Art.Rgt.19, just see if officers are named for the Pz.Jaeg.Abt.

            Hello !

I would say "formally" (that is regarding COs, unit type) everything seems correct with these two docs.

A Hptm. Winzer led the unit probably at some time (in 1943 ?!) (acc. to Scherzer, but no exact dates are given.
At least from Oct. 1944, the unit was led by Hptm./Maj. Rudolf Oechsle.

In 1943, the 1.Kp. was equipped with Russian Pak 7,62 (Sfl.). In mid 1944 this was changed to Jgd.Pz. IV,
(which might be designated as StuG.Kp.).

On the signatures and the stamps, I cannot comment.

            Best regards,

            Archi

From my eyes: it is original GAB25,
the seal is the typical late version from 19PD,
and looks very nice for me.
                no problem!
Winkle is dangerous seller i agreed,
but not all is fake, for example, for sale the SS Pz.Gre.RGT.9 Germania NKSiS grouping, it is nice grouping.
