Thank you for your information and I love photo of dienst karte you posted. Is it possible for you to send photo by bigger data to me?
I found your thread that German high command office ordered POW to clean mines after the war and awarded EK to them.
I checked SB and WP but not sure if Obergefr Weger was engaged to clean mine or not.
Do you know which page can show if he did it after the war?

Sure, PM me your email address.

He was almost certainly not involved with mine clearing. The vast majority of those men carrying out those duties were pionier.

I can also tell you that his company commander at the end of the war was Hptm.Herbert Schmidt (he signed the lappland entry) and that the kompanie was in the Trondheim area at the end.

The war was ended when his company was at Trondheim area and surrendered at Lillehammer to British army right?

It's a little complicated when it comes to the 7 Geb.Div. After 2 months in defensive positions inside Finland along the so called Sturmbock Stellung from mid nov44 to mid january 45 the division made it's way in to North Norway where it waited it's turn to start making it's way south where it was to be transferred to the continet as part of operation Nordlicht. It was the last division to set off in april 45 and by the end of the war was spread out along almost the entire length of the country. The II Btl. of GJR 206 found itself in the Trondheim area which is where it surrendered. Lillehammer was where the headquarters of 20 Geb.Armee was located along with elements of GJR 218, GAR 82 and various other units
