Food card 1942 Munich for Jews

Hi everybody,
I need you help, I want to discass this card.
One seller from Israel approves this one is the original item.
I'm not sure, I think the J (Jude) overprint is a fake. I need your opinions.

I am really not expert but I have seen orginal german ration cards and I wouldn't touch that with a 10 foot collector pole.

The paper was very flimsy to say the least and perferated this looks like it was prited on cardstock?
