I have just received this today from another forum member and would appreciate your help. Can you kindly put a name to the 3 documents and let me know the reason for issue. The third book is made from some sort of fabric. Any other information you can give me on this person would be very much appreciated.

Well I am no expert but here is what I know:

1. Students Identity/Record Book. I am not sure of the purpose - maybe to keep track of his school record? Berufschule is occupation training though.
2. Work Book - Used to record details relating to an individuals working life e.g. where/when he worked.
3. An Identity Card
