I bought this postcard at a local flea market in Germany....and I'm trying to ID this Kaserne in Ludwigsburg....north of Stuttgart. Name of Kaserne is _______?

Some information dealing with "Max Frommann" the Name giver of the Kaserne in Ludwigsburg.

In WW 1 Max Frommann was a Hauptmann and Battery leader of the II. Infanterie Regiment

"Alt-Württemberg" which was stationed in Ludwigsburg.

1916 he was heavily WIA and died.

During the late 1930s the army barrack which was recently built in Ludwigsburg in these years

was named after him.

Thank you.....when I worked in Stuttgart from 1988-90 at Grenadier Kaserne in Zuffenhausen….I visited Ludwigsburg often...nice place. I liked the Schloss ...and toured it. There were a few kasernes in Ludwigsburg...Kornwestheim...etc...large housing area and golf course
