EK2 and CCC Silver Group

Tricky this one but for me it raises questions.

The EK2 looks convincing, right unit, awarding division etc but for 2 things.
Firstly the stamp, it differs from all the others i can find from the period 40 to the end of 42. I have over 130, and have seen many more 6 Geb.Div. documents and all divisional stamps from the period in question are the same. Compare the position of the wingtips to the lettering.
Secondly, Christian Philipp's signature looks shaky and forced to me, in fact this was the first thing that caught my eye.

Moving to the NKS doc, the 9 Pz.Div. is outside of my area of interest but as i understand it Maz Sperling was regiments kommandeur at the time. Is that his signature and how does it compare?
