I don't know this, but I suspect that this type of postcard was issued for use in occupied territories, such as the Ukraine. Does anyone know this to be true, or what the real reason is for Cyrillic printing on a TR postcard?
Thanks Tom. I found this while searching on the internet. The reply half of the postcard, sent from the Sachenhausen-Oranienburg concentration camp to the prisoner's family in Krakau (occupied Poland).
