SS or foreign volunteers photo

Hi,

I'm trying to ID the soldiers on this photo. Soldiers are dressed in black with German helmet (looks like WWI helmets in black). The text on the flags seems to be czech.

Any idea on what those soldiers are? Volunteers? Regular Czech Army?

I can confirm it is Czech and my traslation is something along the lines of

The United Gym of Jaromeri

which might be 100% wrong as the literal traslation is

'Gym Oneness of Jaromeri' the second word is a hard on the figure out.

could also be

'First Gym of Jaromeri'

Some sort of sports organzation.

I could be a parade of WWI Vetrens?

They are military. The streamer on the flag says Physical Fitness/Training Unit in Jaromer. I can't make out what the streamer under that one says. I can't make out everything on the big flag, but it says something like "City of Jaromer (to the) Artillery Regiment." I believe the Czechoslovakian Army used Austrian helmets until they developed their own after the war.

The other magnified portion shows the name of the shop's owner, A. Holecek.
