I have this document here and I was wondering if anyone can help with what it actually is and who signed it? Please let me know...

In the upper left it states " Personal adjutant's office of the Fuehrer" located in the Reich Chancellery. The term at the top "Empfangschein" means receipt. The filled in info states that one suitcase or trunk (Koffer) was sent from the Reichsfuehrer SS to the Reichsfuehrer SS on 18 Oct. 1942 and received on the same date. The signature is that of an SS private possibly named Eggers. I would think it is just an ordinary office form but I do not know anything beyond what I have translated.

Yah I think the signature looks like Eggers as well. Is that the famous Eggers or just another Eggers?
