Some help with translation needed please

I have a couple more photos that if members would good enough to translate I would be appreciative. The first photo is a mystery to me, there appears to gentleman of arabic or perhaps appearance with two youths. The second is of some prisoners being chased along.

can't read all of it..so i will leave that part free for other's who maybe better in reading this old style handwriting

It mainly says:

Prisoners,partly in run...are passing by us, accompanied by SS.

hope this english translation is understandable

Thanks guys, its appreciated. I certainly wouldn't have fancied my chances of surviving the duration if I was one of those prisoners in the photo.
