did they exist or are they fantasy pieces??

Hi, I think both are just fantasy stamps.

They are both fantasy stamps. I have much philatelic material from various concentration camps in my collection and have seen an awful lot more over the years and none looks anything like these.

When thinking about buying any KZ material - please be very careful it is expensive and the fakers have been very active indeed !!
