Help wanted identifying u-boat

Just got this photo and would like to be able to identify what u-boat it is of. Bit of a long shot but can anybody help?

I know nothing of Uboots but I bet if you can get a larger scan of the officers, especially the Capt. I would think you may have a shot... Mike
