The style, with leading letters in red, is very similar to a couple of promotion documents I have. It looks a very nice document.

I like it a lot and I have never seen anything similar. It is interesting to see the time spread between the three attacks and the actual date of the document. Given the Christmas Eve date, I wonder if this was a special presentation by his unit.Comment
