The cerise coloured crayon was commonly used to sign documents. It has not faded. Ernst Röhm used this colour crayon almost exclusively.

So i would not be surprised if Göring was the type of guy who would just use any writing tool in reach, no matter the color, but that is just a guess from the variety of colors in my collection
