thanks. the thing that is confusing me is the ek2 urkunden. is it normal to issue duplicate certificates? they both have the same date.

It is. And the signature on the Führungszeugnis is Casimir Kentel.

i found these ones of Shulz online - they look similar to the one above.

The two exemplars you show on the bottom right is that of Kentel. His name is on a Stellenbesetzung.
