What would an approximate value be of an early original himmler portrait photo of h himmler signed with COA. In extremely great condition. He isn't even the head of the SS yet. I'm guessing around 1933 ish

Himmler was appointed Reichsführer-SS in January 1929.
I'm afraid COAs are not worth the paper they are written on. Most are signed by people without the qualification to assess authenticity, and in this age of multiple forgeries there are numerous fake examples supported by dubious COAs. Maybe it would be a help if you posted the photo?
